Shown in Malaysia, Arsenal without Cesc

Arsenal felt glad to be back playing in Malaysia. Robin van Persie et al is scheduled to play against the Malaysian national team at Bukit Jalil Stadium on Wednesday (13/07/2011) at 20:45 local time. However, "The Gunners" was reinforced his captain, Cesc Fabregas.

Reasoned Arsenal, Fabregas suffered a hamstring injury. Thus, the Spaniard was not invited on the tour to Asia. This reinforces the issue that Arsenal will actually sell it to Barcelona. Barcelona increasingly aggressive negotiating to get Fabregas.

"Everyone at Arsenal is very excited to be playing in Malaysia. Our club had a tradition of playing in this country in the 1960's. This will be our fourth visit. Terakhgir we played in Malaysia in 1999," said Executive Chairman of Arsenal, Ivan Gazidis .

"We will enjoy a degree of support Asian fans. This game will draw together with our supporters," he added.

Meanwhile Prince of Pahang, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah, said, "An honor our national team could be against Arsenal. Not all countries have this golden opportunity. This is a great opportunity for our team to prepare for the Olympics and World Cup qualifiers."
